My friend had a Nokia N-Gage. We bought it for Rs 7000/- . This phone has no camera. But has slot for MMC, Good sound for MP3 playback, strong build quality. This is basically a gaming device. My friend did not using these features. He just used only the phone features. One the phone got wet by some means. We brought it to Nokia center at coimbatore. After a week we got a response that the phone can not be serviced. We paid a charge of Rs100 for the examination. All over about N-Gage.

Motorola c123 is a budget phone available for as low as 1100 INR. I bought the phone when i lost my Nokia 1110 .The phone was excellent, has all basic features;sms, call waiting, call divert, conference, alarm, timer, etc., Battery performance was excellent, battery last for more than 3 days of normal usage (average 4 hours talking). What more you can expect for Rs.1100 (about 30 US dollars)

My first mobile was Nokia 1100. I bought it for for Rs.2900 INR from a duty paid shop in tirupur. After a week i got the same model phone as a gift from my boss. It had white display instead of green. After few months of usage i gave the first one to my brother who lost his phone while travelling. Battery performance was good. Signal reception was average. Not a bad phone. I kept the second one for more than a year, before i got a new 1110.
