You can make video calls, video conference, download songs, movies, games and more with your 3G mobile. To enjoy BNSL 3G you must have a 3G enabled mobile handset and 3G service activated.
BSNL offers video calls at 30 paise per minute, and Fixed to Fixed at 20 paise. There is no extra cost for 2G to 3G upgradation, you don't even have to change your SIM card.
